1 – PTA/JHB areas within the orange area at this link.

• Self-collect is sometimes quicker, but seldom a cost-effective option in this area.

2 – Major Areas within 30km of these towns:

• BFN, CPT, DUR, ELS, GRJ, PLZ, Nelspruit, Witbank, Polokwane, Richardsbay, PMB, Port Shepstone, Ramsgate, Malmesbury eg Virginia,
• and all other blue areas at this link (eg Rustenburg, Britz, Hartebeespoort, Magaliesburg, Springs, Nigel, Parys, Vanderbijlpark, Potchefstroom, Kelrksdorp, Vereeniging, etc)

3 – Outlying Areas are all other areas not covered above eg Secunda, Middelburg, Kroonstad, Newcastle, Vryburg, Groblersdal, Pongola, Mthath, Oudtshoorn, Port Nolloth, Kimberley, Knysna, Plett, Mosselbay, Paarl, Grabouw, Worcester

• If the couriers don't deliver to your area, or if the surcharges are excessive, we will attempt to send it via SAPO, Speed Services or Aramex. Collect the package at those depots/counters yourself.
• See the 3rd party T&Cs for insurance, limits and risks.

• Use your own courier to collect from us

Pudo - Specify your Pudo locker area. We book Pudo and send you the details. You wait for Pudo to SMS/email you the pin and locker location and time limit to retrieve your package

We cannot be held responsible for 3rd party inefficiencies or losses. Insurance is now included up to R1000 per package. Extra insurance is available during checkout by using Insurance in the coupon code.
Our responsibility ends once we have correctly transferred your package to your chosen method (courier or self-collect) for onward delivery to you.
Weekend and public holiday delivery rates are not currently supported in our shipping models. These rates are more expensive, and generally unreliable.

Certain categories will be excluded from cheap delivery methods eg Mats and machines as these require more expensive packing/delivery methods. You can always self-collect or choose next higher shipping area.

You may send your own courier to collect. They must supply your name and order number/s.
